Saint Paul University is the founding college of the University of Ottawa and serves as a venue for the IELTS on paper test in Ottawa. The university is located in the heart of the city and can be accessed either by public transit (buses 5 and 55 stop right outside) or by car. There are several parking lots within a block of the university; street parking is free on weekends. For candidates who wish to get a snack or light refreshments before or after their test, there is a coffee shop across the street.

This venue offers the paper-based IELTS test in a quiet and comfortable environment. We are pleased to provide high-quality headphones for our listening tests. For the convenience of our test takers, speaking tests are conducted in the same building in the afternoon. This test venue delivers both IELTS Academic and IELTS General Training exams.
