This Scarborough venue for the paper-based IELTS test is located at the beautiful satellite campus of the University of Toronto, neighbouring the scenic Highland Creek area. ETC uses 2 buildings for the Academic or General Training IELTS test: Highland Hall or the Arts and Administration Building, both of which have modern, well-lit spacious rooms and are wheelchair accessible.

Paid parking is available nearby and TTC bus #38 stops right next to Highland Hall. A food court can be found inside the UTSC Student Centre offering a variety of options, and coffee shops are also within walking distance.
