Can I use IELTS for immigration if the Canadian Language Benchmark scoring is different?

IELTS is widely accepted and trusted by the Canadian Government as proof of English language proficiency. It was the first test to be recognised by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and Immigration Quebec for its immigration and citizenship programs, and is considered one of only two suitable CLB tests. That is why many test takers in Canada choose IELTS with British Council for their proof of language proficiency. Plus, it is entirely compatible with CLB as well.
