Notice to IELTS Test Takers: Canada Post Strike and TRF Delivery Options

Dear Test Taker,

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, which began on September 25, 2025, our centres are currently unable to send documents via regular postal services. This affects Test Report Forms (TRFs) and Additional TRFs (ATRFs) sent to Recognising Organisations that only accept posted TRFs.

To ensure you can still access your results, we offer in-person pick-up by appointment at your Test Centre; please bring the same identification used on your IELTS test day.

If you cannot attend in person, you may authorise a third party to collect your TRF on your behalf with a signed written authorisation and ID verification at the Test Centre. If you or your Recognising Organisation require urgent delivery, courier service can be arranged upon request; courier fees are payable by the test taker.

You can continue to view your test results and TRF number through the Test Taker portal.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this disruption. All pending TRFs and ATRFs will be dispatched by standard post as soon as the strike has ended.
