If you have taken IELTS Online or IELTS on computer, 3-8 days after your test, you will receive a confirmation email for you to review and download your eTRF, electronic Test Report From, from the Test Taker portal. You can print your eTRF to send it to the organisation(s) you are applying to, or you can send it via email. Alternatively, you can send your results direct to the organization through the Test Taker portal.

If you did not get the score you expected, you can apply for your test to be re-marked. This is called an Enquiry on Results (EOR). For an enquiry about your test results, contact the centre where you booked your test within 6 weeks of your test date.
